Subject	Speaker gasket?

Message	I have searched Courtesy Parts for replacing my 1994 TT drivers side speaker gasket(grey 2/16" flexible foam gasket in between plastic enclosure)but I cant find a replacement part. It is flattened and doesn't seal air tight. I would just prefer to buy one, rather than making my own because I cant find the right thickness/type of foam from the stores I have called. Also what would be a good solution to replace some of the missing and ripped insulating/anti squeaking tape on my rear interior trim. I don't want my Z "squeaking like an old Spanish galleon".
